Welcome to the Airstream web site. This site will be referred to in this legal notice/terms of use as AIRSTREAM INC. WEB SITE. This Site is operated by Airstream, Inc..

We created this Site for business clients, your personal enjoyment, entertainment and education. However, you are only authorized to access this Site or to use the materials contained in the Site (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws, and to these Terms of Use which constitute an Agreement between you and the owners of this website. Please read these Terms of Use carefully and save them. If you do not agree with them, you should leave this Site immediately. Access and Use

AIRSTREAM, the configuration and appearance of the Airstream trailers, BAMBI, LAND YACHT, SAFARI and others are trademarks of Airstream, and may not be used by any other party in connection with any goods or services, or to suggest affiliation with, or sponsorship by Airstream, except pursuant to a written license from Airstream. If you have questions regarding Airstream trademarks, or for licensing information, contact Airstream's Office of Marketing and Brand Development.

All materials contained in this Site are protected by international copyright laws and must only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes unless special written permission is granted by AIRSTREAM INC. . This means that you may only view or download material from this Site for your own use and you must keep all copyright and other proprietary notices attached to the downloaded material.

The reproduction, duplication, distribution (including by way of email, facsimile or other electronic means), publication, modification, copying or transmission of material from this Site is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained the prior written consent of AIRSTREAM INC. or unless it is expressly permitted by this Site. Disclaimers

Product information, specifications, and photography in this web site are as accurate as possible at time of publishing. Photographs may contain some features that are optional on your vehicle. Since we continually strive to improve our products, actual products may differ. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. All capacities are approximate and dimensions are nominal. Some features or options may be different or unavailable in Canada.

Vehicle Loading - Every effort has been made to provide the greatest number of options for the recreation vehicle owner. Along with these choices comes the responsibility to manage the loads that are imposed by the choices so that they remain within the manufacturer's specified chassis weight limits. Do not overload the recreation vehicle.

Dry weights based on standard features; optional equipment not included. Net carrying capacity (NCC) determined by subtracting unloaded vehicle weight (UVW) from gross vehicle weight (GVWR) and includes fluids, options, and cargo. Liquid capacities and weights are approximations only.

Warning: This information is intended as a guide only. Weights of individual vehicles may vary. Consult your owner's manual for complete loading, weighing, and towing instructions.

Bulletin Boards and Chat Rooms

You are welcome to post, transmit or submit messages and other materials (which include uploading files, inputting data or any other materials or engaging in any form of communication in connection with this Site) (collectively Messages) to bulletin boards, chat rooms or other public areas within, or in connection with, this Site (collectively Forums). However, AIRSTREAM INC. accepts no responsibility whatsoever in connection with or arising from such Messages.

AIRSTREAM INC. does not endorse and has no control over the content of Messages submitted by others to Forums. Messages submitted to Forums are not necessarily reviewed by AIRSTREAM INC. prior to posting and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of AIRSTREAM INC.. If at any time you are not happy with the Forums or object to any material within Forums, your sole remedy is to cease using them.

All unsolicited inquiries, ideas, information, text and illustrations submitted to Airstream via electronic or other means shall be deemed to be subject to an implied license for Airstream to reproduce, publish or otherwise use such material in the ordinary course of its business.
